You accept that your participation in the Kitetime campaign and any activities that you, and if applicable, your employees take part in for Kitetime are at your cost and risk. Redkite makes no representation about the suitability or risks involved in Kitetime activities and Redkite accepts no liability for any loss, damage, claim or injury (including death) arising out of your participation and if applicable, your employees’ participation, in those activities. Redkite suggests that employees and employers consider obtaining employment law advice before participating in Kitetime.

Use of Your Information
We use the information collected from you in this form to manage the Kitetime program and, if you have ticked the opt-in boxes to enter into our record of donors to keep you informed of other Redkite fundraising activities and how Redkite is using your donations to help families. We may disclose the information to our employees or third parties engaged by us (including overseas parties) to provide these services to you or as otherwise required or authorised by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide these services effectively or at all.
